If you wish to return the product, notify us by phone or in writing within 14 days of receipt.
Please return the product in its original condition and packaging.
Carpets that are visibly already used, dirty, damaged or adapted to individual needs cannot be returned or exchanged, only if they can be proven to be due to a manufacturing defect. Heavenrugs is only responsible for defects that can be proven to be due to manufacturing defects.
Before returning an item, please make sure you have included the original invoice in the package and completed the return paperwork.
Returning the product after 30 days is only possible in exceptional cases, please state the reason in writing. The refund of the purchase price is then no longer guaranteed.
HeavenRugs is not responsible for shipping damage to the returned product(s).
All costs and risks are borne by the buyer in case of return and non-payment, as well as damage or fraud!
